Dallas Dead Summit featuring an All-Star Bob Weir Tribute

A one day festival celebrating 35 years of Grateful Dead music and culture in Dallas. Starting with the legendary Dead Thing event held at a local bar in the early 90s - a few people coming together regularly just to enjoy music has grown into an entire community. The Dallas Dead Summit brings together a full lineage of bands and culture that has sprung from this original spark. Enjoy a family, friendly atmosphere with Shakedown vending from local artists and a full evening of music, including an All-Star Dallas Tribute to Bob Weir. Actor, local radio personality & Dead Thing event creator, Scott Parkin will be our master of ceremonies.
