PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS AND ANY ATHLETE WANTING TO GAIN A BETTER OVERALL UNDERSTANDING OF FREESTYLE TECHNIQUE! Athletes signing up for a Swim Foundations class should be able to safely and comfortably swim (no specific stroke required) from one end of the pool to the other without touching the ground or edges of the pool. If you are not yet able to swim the length of the pool, please sign up for a private Learn to Swim lesson prior to registering for your Swim Foundations course.
