Municipal Animal Services invites the community to Adopt Joy - a local adoption event at your neighborhood PetSmart! With thousands of pets in need of loving homes, this celebration of compassion and connection is the perfect opportunity to meet wonderful adoptable dogs of various breeds, ages, and energy levels. Each year, millions of pets enter local animal shelters in need of loving homes. Today, dogs are especially in need of people looking for companionship, love and a reason to go for walks. Local Adopt Joy™ events not only raise awareness for pet adoption but celebrates compassion and connection. Supported by PetSmart Charities, adoption brings joy to pets and people alike. Adoptions are by donation, and include spay/neuter, all core vaccinations, microchip, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and MORE! Every dollar donated goes back to a shelter pet in need!
