Contenders Cup hosted by Dallas Derby Devils

CONTENDERS CUP – EVENT DETAILSThe Dallas Derby Devils will host the inaugural Contenders Cup, an unofficial WFTDA Division 2 tournament, taking place July 31 through August 2 at NYTEX Sports Centre.The Contenders Cup is designed to expand competitive opportunities and provide meaningful tournament play for teams just outside of the WFTDA Regional Tournament qualification line.Eligibility:Invitations will be extended to the next 13 teams in the WFTDA South Region following the April rankings and Regional Tournament cutoff. If teams are unable to attend, invitations may roll down to the next highest-ranked eligible teams.This event serves as a pilot tournament to explore a Division 2 structure within WFTDA and to highlight the depth of competition across the region.Additional event details, including schedule and ticketing, will be announced soon.
